From its inception in 1982 Apex has sought to be a company that adds value to the community. It prides itself on the basic service it sought to provide:
“To promote the rehabilitation and resettlement of former offenders resident in Leicestershire or seeking work in Leicestershire and to relieve and prevent poverty amongst such persons, particularly by making or facilitating arrangements for their employments and by the provision of appropriate training to enable then to find suitable employment”
Over the years Apex’s aims have widened to address the needs of other disadvantaged groups through offering education; training; information, advice and guidance and benefit advice service.
In addition Apex took the initiative to further develop and co-ordinate activities with local agencies and deliver added value initiatives and opportunities for those not engaged in the Labour Market.
Each year we help more than 3,000 people from across Leicestershire to improve their chances of finding work.
Moving forward Apex seeks to continue to
inspire people by practising and promoting
its values through further development and
achievement with a view to making a
continued difference in the community.
